WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
Perform the following circuit in order. Rest only when necessary. Repeat the circuit for as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes.
1. Walkouts to Push up – 3 reps
2. Total Body Extensions – 6 reps
3. Cross Body Mountain Climbers – 9 reps
4. Jumping Jacks – 15 reps
Repeat the circuit for as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes.
