4-Minute Extreme Bodyweight Cardio Workout

WORKOUT DESCRIPTION

Go through the following circuit without rest between exercises. After the circuit, start immediately back at exercise #1. Do NOT rest.

1. Full-body extensions – 30 seconds

2. Prisoner squat jumps – 30 seconds

3. Spiderman push-ups/hardest push-up you can do – 30 seconds

4. Burpees – 30 seconds

Immediately repeat this circuit 1 more time. Do not take a rest.
