4-Minute Interval Conditioning Circuit
WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
Go through 2 rounds of each exercise using the 20/10 system (20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest). Repeat the total 4 exercise circuit 1-4 times. Rest 30-60 seconds between circuits.
1. Jumping Jacks
2. Burpees
3. Running In-place
4. Total Body Extensions
