Bodyweight Punisher (Uncensored)
WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
Perform the MAX number of reps you can do for each exercise (ie. go to failure). Rest 20 seconds between rounds for pushups (Total 3 rounds). Aim for 2 minute hold on the plank (Proven to reduce the risk of low back injuries) and 10 second hold at the bottom of the bodyweight squat (Punisher style – total 8 rounds). Go through this circuit only ONCE.
1. Pushups (Max reps/ 20 second rest / 3 rounds)
2. Plank (Max hold / 1 round)
3. Bodyweight Punisher Squats (Max reps in 20 seconds / 10 second hold at bottom / 8 rounds)
