10-min 2-Exercise Metabolic Finisher

WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
Go through the following circuit 6 times. The first time through the circuit, do 6 repetitions of each exercise. The next time through, do 5 reps of each exercise, then 4 reps, then 3 reps, working your way down to 1 rep of each exercise. Do not rest between exercises or circuits (unless you need to).

1. Prisoner Switch Lunge (6 reps/side, 5 reps/side, 4 reps/side, etc. down to 1 rep/side)
2. 1-Arm Extended Pushup (6 reps/side, 5 reps/side, 4 reps/side, etc. down to 1 rep/side)

Do NOT rest. Repeat the circuit following the next highest repetition outlined.
