10-Minute Punisher Circuit

WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
Perform the following circuit in order. Do not rest between exercises.

1. Jumping Jacks – 1 minute
2. Squat to Punch – 1 minute
3. “T” Pushups – 1 minute
4. Reverse Lunge to Front Kick (alternating sides) – 1 minute
5. Front Plank Hold – 1 minute
6. Ali Shuffle – 1 minute
7. Cross Body Mountain Climbers – 1 minute
8. Prisoner Squats – 1 minute
9. Side Plank Hold (30 sec per side) – 1 minute
10. Burpee/ 10 Punch Combo (1 burpee + 10 punches= 1 rep) – 1 minute
