Lucky 7-Minute Fat Burning St. Patrick’s Day Workout
Today you’re getting a big bowl of Lucky Charms to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day.
And by Lucky Charms, I mean a 7-minute circuit of fat burning exercises.
I’m down in Southern California with Bedros Keuilian for his biggest personal trainer seminar in history. Both Daniel Woodrum, Master CTT, and I will be on stage a couple of times this weekend teaching Turbulence Training and The Perfect Day Formula to the audience.

Lucky 7-Minute Fat Burning Workout
– Do not rest between exercises.
– Just do the circuit once… unless you are advanced, then you can go through it 2x’s.
1A) Goblet Squat – 60 seconds
1B) Reverse Lunge (alternating sides) – 60 seconds
2) Maximum # of Pushups You Can Do in 2 minutes
(Do a few reps, rest a few seconds, do a few more reps, and so on… Do them from your knees if you need to… or even standing up and doing Wall Pushups… either way you do it, challenge yourself! Keep score and beat it next time. You can also do Sphinx Pushups or Chin-ups if you are advanced.)
3A) 1-Arm DB Row – 30 seconds per side
3B) Total Body Extension – 60 seconds
3C) Rocking Plank – 60 seconds
