Creating A Second Income
Dear Early to Rise Reader,
You want more money. Nothing wrong with that.
And you’ll get more — a lot more — if you…
1. make yourself more valuable at work, and
2. get yourself a second income.
Let’s talk about how you can create a second income.
One thing you don’t want to do is quit your job and risk everything. It’s much smarter to quietly build a second business while you are getting those regular paychecks.
Any new business will have its problems in the beginning, and while you are dealing with them it will be nice to have that first income to rely on.
You can start right now by narrowing down your selection of choices. I’ve recommended copywriting to you before. And I’ve told you about other careers in writing — resume writing, travel writing and so on.
Today I’d like to direct your attention to an entirely different line of work — one almost anyone can do. It’s very lucrative, very flexible, can be located in your home and is financially rewarding.
I’m going to recommend that you send away for Success Guaranteed!, a home-study course published by The Consultants Institute. I’ve had the opportunity to check out this program and think it’s a good start toward figuring out if consulting is for you.
I’ve been a consultant for 12 years. During that time I’ve made an awful lot of money. Consulting has been not only financially lucrative, but personally liberating because I’ve been able to live on the beach in Florida, choose my own hours, travel around the world first class, enjoy countless executive perks and avoid all the hassles and traps that being an employee naturally involves.
According to The Consultant Institute, consultants typically make $50,000 a year, even working part time and some people who really get into it — and this is at least 10% according to their studies–make $250,000. My personal experience has been much better than that.
What I like best about the offer is that you get a lot for your $349 investment.
You get the course book itself, which teaches you how to turn you job skill into something you can sell as an independent contractor. This has a value of $79 but if it works for you is surely worth thousands.
I’ve looked at the book and it is worth every penny of that $79. The introduction is strictly for beginners, but the section on marketing yourself is packed with very smart, very useful advice.
In addition to the course book…
* You get a one-year membership in the American Consultant League that normally costs $139.
* You get a free one-year subscription to their newsletter, valued at $89.
* You get free access to the League’s client referral service for a year. This could make you a lot of money!
And finally you get a certificate to display in your office, to reprint on your business cards, etc. What is the value of credibility? You can figure that out for yourself.
Even if you do nothing more than use the program to make a few thousand extra dollars a year it will be worth it. But there’s a chance you can do much more….
I’ve arranged a risk-free trial for the program with The Consultants Institute so you can check it out risk-free and decide for yourself. For more information click here: http://www.americanconsultantsleague.com

MMF
