Today is an important day.
Any time the 1st of the month falls on Monday, it’s like New Year’s Day again.
And we can just as easily change our lives today as we could on New Year’s Day.
Change is a matter of choice – not time of year.

It’s another free workout.
It’s the workout I did on Sunday afternoon with 50 students of all ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds.
We did this workout without equipment.
And you’ll love it as much as they did.
The Bodyweight Bootcamp Fat Burning Graduation Workout
1A) Prisoner Squat – 30 seconds
1B) X-Body Mountain Climber – 30 seconds (alternating sides)
1C) T-Pushup or Kneeling Pushup – 30 seconds
1D) Jumping Jacks – 30 seconds
– Repeat this circuit two times
2A) Pushups – as many as you can do in 60 seconds
2B) Iron Cross Hold – 30 seconds
– Do this superset one time only
3A) Rocking Plank – 60 seconds
3B) Side Plank Hold – 30 seconds per side
– Repeat this circuit two times
4) Punisher Squats
– Do 20 seconds of squats and then hold the bottom position for 10 seconds
– Do this four times (it will take you a total of two minutes)
