15-Minute Bodyweight Cardio Workout
WORKOUT DESCRIPTION
Perform the following circuit in order. Do not rest between exercises. Repeat up to 2 times for a total of 3 rounds.
1. Prisoner Squats – 15 reps
2. Elevated Pushups – 6 reps/side
3. Diagonal Lunge – 10 reps/side
4. Jumping Jacks – 30 reps
5. Vertical Jumps – 6 reps
6. Spiderman Climb – 10 reps/side
7. Side to Side Jump – 8 reps/side
8. Spiderman or Regular Pushups – 12 reps
9. Shuttle Sprint – 20 seconds
Rest 1 minute and repeat 1 more time for interval training OR Rest 1 minute and repeat up to 3 more times for a standalone workout.
